Private Deployment
A private deployment serves app operators and solution providers with dedicated gateways, Shield servers, configuration services, and an administration console. Production nodes, app configuration, domains, keys, and operational boundaries are dedicated to one customer.
What Is Deployed
- Windows, Android, and iOS client SDKs;
- Gateways planned by country, region, and ISP;
- Shield servers for origin connectivity and connection continuity;
- Customer-dedicated configuration services and administration;
- Customer-owned or designated domains, keys, and certificates;
- The real IP plugin, monitoring, logs, updates, and agreed operational support.
See the Product Overview for origin concealment, seamless reconnection, intelligent routing, and connection control.
Planning Inputs
| Area | Required information |
|---|---|
| Clients | Windows, Android, and iOS versions and release model |
| Traffic | App TCP/UDP traffic, in-app web workloads, and application ports |
| Users | Online devices, connections, countries, regions, and ISPs |
| Origins | Provider, region, address, and firewall policy |
| Protection | Attack types, scale, duration, and availability goals |
| Operations | Domains, certificates, monitoring, alerts, logs, and access |
Delivery Process
- Assessment: design the topology from application requirements and trial results;
- Resources: confirm servers, networks, domains, certificates, and access;
- Deployment: install the dedicated gateways, Shield servers, configuration services, and administration console;
- Validation: verify forwarding, failover, origin restrictions, and capacity;
- Rollout: begin with a controlled client cohort and expand gradually;
- Operations: monitor, update, respond to attacks, and expand the footprint as agreed.
Cross-Border Deployment
Production services that need to serve users in both mainland China and overseas require private deployment. The private environment carries cross-border traffic and is planned around the application's network, compliance, and operational requirements.
Free trials have separate regional requirements. Review Regional Eligibility before applying.
Pricing
Private deployments are billed by server IP count for licensing and maintenance at USD 99 per IP per month. IP count determines the deployable node footprint and concurrent capacity; servers and networks, deployment regions, administration, customization, and operations are confirmed for each project.
Start with a free trial, then confirm the production design and IP count from measured results.
